We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, ideally with a design and marketing background, who can bring value to our clients by representing the agency, both passionately and professionally on a day-to-day basis. We’re looking for a real people person, a natural problem solver, analytically minded, and a proficient communicator, with a great eye for detail. You will be the link between our creative team and our clients, managing the workload and expectations while striving for quality and excellence in everything we deliver.
You’ll be:

You’ll have:
- Experience working in a design agency and an understanding of the creative process
- At least 3 years experience in a client-facing role – used to creating proposals and pitching them
- Experience managing creatives and designers to deliver creative projects from brief to delivery
- Experience putting quotes/cost proposals together
- Strong skills in communication, copywriting and problem-solving
- Your finger on the pulse with opportunities in the industry both for clients and the agency
