The academy, which is focused on nurturing young cricketing talent, has opened its doors and partnered with the Dubai International Academy (DIA) to offer an elite cricket development programme tailored for children. It’s an inspiring collaboration between sport and education that aligns with Dubai’s growing focus on youth development and international sport.
To support the launch, we worked closely with the academy team to develop a strong, cohesive visual identity that could carry across both the DIA partnership and the cricket initiative. From logo refinements to colour palette guidance, our role ensured the City Cricket Academy felt right at home in its new Dubai setting while maintaining ties to its UK roots.
Our team built on the original brand identity to create a logo using a photo of Smriti Mandhana playing her signature shot as the basis for a custom vector illustration. We also produced a range of launch-day collateral to create a premium, memorable experience. These included branded T-shirts worn by the team and attendees, custom water bottles and sunglasses as giveaways, event signage, photo backdrops, and branded assets to capture attention and social media moments. Every detail was tailored to reflect the excitement and professionalism of the academy’s vision.
To ensure a smooth and impressive start for new students, we created thoughtful welcome packs. These included branded materials introducing the academy’s mission, training schedule, and cricket values - packaged to impress both students and parents. The result? A polished and unified brand experience from day one.
