The team tasked with this challenge took a creative approach, focusing on creating a brand that embodied the essence of a high-end fashion brand with heritage, while also hinting at the owners' roots through the use of British Racing Green.
The resulting logomark is a refined LF monogram, combined with a serif typeface that plays to the word 'Lunatic' and offset by a clean, contemporary san-serif font for the word 'Fringe'. This combination creates a sophisticated and stylish brand identity that perfectly encapsulates the essence of the salon.
Both the monogram and the wordmark are versatile enough to be used as a lockup or on their own, depending on the application. The brand was complemented with a range of luxury collateral, including business cards, appointment cards, and gift vouchers, all designed to reinforce the brand's premium positioning.
In addition to the collateral, a website was developed that was befitting of the salon's luxurious status. The website was designed with an emphasis on elegance and sophistication, featuring beautiful imagery and easy navigation that reflects the salon's unique atmosphere.
Overall, the brand identity created for Lunatic Fringe perfectly captures the essence of the salon, representing its luxurious setting, impeccable service, and unique approach to beauty. It is a brand that truly stands out in the crowded beauty market, and one that will undoubtedly continue to attract discerning clients who appreciate the finer things in life.
